The foundation of the organization was laid by Late Shri. Vishnu Gupta and Shri. Anand Kumar Gupta way back in 1958 under the banner "Nitya Nand & Sons". Both Shri Vishnu ji & Shri Anand Kumar ji could clearly visualize the potential of an Organized Construction Contractor Company. This legacy was passed on to Mr. Sham Narain Gupta in 1993. Mr. Gupta with his professional approach and foresightedness, guided the company towards prosperity & soon the constitution of the company was changed to PRIVATE LIMITED. Mr. Gupta then built a very strong & efficient team which is capable enough to take up any challenge in the field of construction. The injection of fresh blood in the company proved to be very fruitful & the company grew many-folds in late nineties & early twenties.
